Only 0.7 percent of women with non western background are represented in leadership in private institutions in Denmark. This is shown in a report from 2024 by the independent policy institute Equalis. Remi Mobolade (Global Director of Consumer PR, Pandora), Jacqueline Svane (CEO, Unique Models), Ambre James Brown (Vice President Global Media, Novo Nordisk) and Phaedria St. Hilaire are all four black women working in corporate leadership in Denmark. In each their way, they create better representation in work places, where they are few of many.
